Sí o Sí stands in Spanish for Yes or Yes! We are a company born with an innovation DNA and always strive to bring the best natural food innovations to global markets. Our story started in 2006 when we scaled up a new technology to manufacture our 100% Natural Freeze Dried Avocado Pulp Powder which was initially developed as a bachelor thesis of four students of the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, a public university in Mexico. The technology now has international patents and we export the product in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.
The key element of our technology resides in the ability to preserve all the essential oils of the original ingredients (and all its flavor, color and nutrients) without the use of additives or heat, so we can make 100% natural ingredients that are considered raw. We can also produce organic in our certified facility.
In the following years we developed our 100% Natural Freeze Dried Guacamole, a product that received the Innovation Award at the renowned Expo SIAL Paris 2012; and we have joined forces with leaders of the Raw Food and Superfoods industry to develop a series of innovative freeze-dried fruits such as our 100% Natural Freeze Dried Coconut and lyophilized mixes of Coconut + Mango, and Coconut + Coconut Water. Our clients have been able to create leading innovations in their Superfoods product lines.
